About Tim Castle
Meet Tim Castle, Author, Success Coach, and Speaker, on a mission to empower individuals to achieve their greatest ambitions. Tim worked as a negotiator for over a decade, learning from the best in the world, how to influence, persuade and make it happen in business.

Naturally, these skills spilled over into Tim's personal life and soon he was negotiating deals for everyone. His best selling book The Art of Negotiation has inspired tens of thousands of people get what they want every time in their negotiations and understand the fundamentals of negotiation. 

 

Tim's transformational journey began in 2013 when he felt the pull towards something more meaningful and impactful in his life. With the support of mentors, friends, and family, Tim embarked  on a new path that led him to become an author, entrepreneur and investor, working with high profile companies and coaching individuals from diverse backgrounds. Driven by a deep interest in self-development and high-performance coaching, Tim honed his expertise in various fields, including negotiation, sales, and mindset coaching. His journey led him to design and create the Highly Skilled Negotiator course with one goal in mind, develop more world class negotiators, a vital life skill he believes anyone can master with the right guidance.
